Slight delay in communication but followed by excellent service and an efficient repair (drive-shaft replacement with some additional damage). Car was repaired and returned within three days. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about cars, they took the time to photograph and clearly explain the work done and place advisory's. Overall excellent service and made a potentially stressful process a lot easier.”

“I was recommended Moto-Oil by the RAC when I had a damaged wheel bearing. Firstly, Seb was extremely accommodating to my situation and happy to help me at short notice. I was stuck in Poole with a broken vehicle and the team at Moto-Oil worked as quickly as they could to get me back on the road. They also helped with sorting out my courtesy car and keeping me in the loop about time frames and what work needed to be done. Luckily for me, Seb managed to source all of the parts need for my job from multiple places and I only had to spend an extra day in Poole. Seb talked me through the whole process and helped me understand exactly what the issues were and what kind of pit falls I may face in the future. Seb was personable, intelligent and showed a real passion for what he does. My only issue is that I live so far away and I can't use Moto-Oil on a regular basis for my vehicle repair needs. Easily a 5 star from me. I would highly recommend.”

“One of the garages on the RAC recommended list when they were called out to my campervan that wouldn't start. Pleasantly surprised they were open at about 9pm at night to receive my van & provide me with a (simple) courtesy car. Turns out oil/petrol leak had killed the alternator which had failed to charge the battery. A lot of work to clean engine, replace alternator & belts (due to oil damage), but managed to charge & save the battery... Can't say I was chuffed to need a such a considerable amount of work done at great expense, but this wasn't the garages fault. They were helpful, kept me in the loop on the process sending images via WhatsApp & were transparent in talking through their bill for all the work. Great friendly service. Chuffed they were open to receive the van when I was with the RAC so late. Recommended.”
